Abuja June 6,2023 Barr. Legborsi NWIABU has been named the new president of the Ogoni Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (OGCCIMA).
The appointment was made, according to a statement by the Chamber’s Director General, Chief Fere B. Theophilus, at its Extra Executive Committee meeting on May 12, 2023.
The Ogoni business tycoon Chief, ThankGod Adoage Norte, the previous Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Rivers State Internal Revenue Services and the Managing Director of Faarah Coffee Place, handed over the reins to Barr. Legborsi NWIABU. Barr. Legborsi NWIABU, the new president, is a renowned lawyer and the managing director of Trade Hill Consulting Limited, a trade and investment consulting firm. He is an experienced customs, commerce, and investment attorney. a policy consultant
A policy advisor with a track record of effectively creating and implementing dynamic, sustainable trade strategies for numerous businesses and countries. He is skilled at forming alliances with various business-support groups to promote compliance and expansion in the global market.
The incoming President is anticipated to work diligently to further the Chamber movement in Ogoni and throughout Nigeria.
